  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

    This policy outlines how Taskaroo Solutions handles cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for discovery calls and client engagements.

    1. Discovery calls

    Discovery calls booked via our online scheduling tool are free of charge. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your booking confirmation.

    2. Client engagements

    Fees, payment terms, and cancellation terms for specific client engagements are set out in the relevant Client Services Agreement signed at the start of the engagement. This Refund & Cancellation Policy provides the general default position where the Client Services Agreement does not specify otherwise.

    3. Refunds

    Because our services are time and expertise-based, refunds are generally not provided for work already completed or in progress. Where a client engagement is terminated part-way through:

    •       The client remains responsible for payment of fees for work completed or in progress up to the date of termination

    •       Any fees paid in advance for work not yet started may be refunded at Taskaroo Solutions' discretion, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred

    4. Cancellation of ongoing engagements

    Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement (such as a retainer arrangement) by providing written notice, in line with the notice period agreed in the relevant Client Services Agreement.

    5. Disputes

    If you have concerns about an invoice, cancellation, or refund, please contact us directly so we can work through it together. We're a small, responsive business and genuinely prefer to sort things out directly rather than through a formal process.
